How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, select your frock, choose the size, and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, go to cart and click "Proceed to Checkout" to fill in your shipping details and complete payment.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Contact us within 2 hours of placing the order via phone or WhatsApp at +91 98765 43210. After 2 hours the order may have already been dispatched and cannot be modified.
How do I track my order?
Visit our Track Order page and enter your Order ID. You'll get real-time status updates. You can also call us at +91 98765 43210.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI payments via QR code. More payment options coming soon!
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes! COD is available across most pin codes in India. Select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout.
How do I use a coupon code?
Enter your coupon code in the "Coupon code" field on the cart or checkout page and click "Apply". The discount will be reflected in your order total immediately.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–6 business days across India. Metro cities usually receive orders within 2–4 days.
Is shipping free?
Yes! Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders above ₹1500. For orders below ₹1500, a shipping fee of ₹99 applies.
Do you ship pan-India?
Yes, we deliver to all major cities and most towns across all 28 states and 8 union territories of India.
Which courier do you use?
We use trusted couriers like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and Ecom Express depending on your pin code and availability.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeline, please contact us at support@shainycreation.com or call +91 98765 43210. We'll resolve it within 24 hours.

How do I measure my child?
Use a soft measuring tape. Measure chest at the widest point, and height from top of head to floor. Compare with the size chart above.
What if the size doesn't fit?
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the size doesn't fit. The item must be unused and with tags intact. Contact us to initiate an exchange.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with all original tags intact. Customised or sale items are not eligible for return.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email us at support@shainycreation.com or call +91 98765 43210 with your Order ID and reason. We'll guide you through the process.
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
What if I received a damaged item?
We're so sorry! Please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
What fabrics do you use?
We use premium cotton blends, georgette, net, and satin depending on the design. All fabrics are tested for child safety and are free from harmful dyes.
Are the frocks machine washable?
Most frocks can be gently machine washed in cold water. However, embellished or embroidered pieces should be dry cleaned or hand washed. Care instructions are on the tag.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! We accept custom orders for special occasions. Contact us at least 3 weeks before your event date. Use the contact form or call our team.
Are the photos accurate to the actual product?
We strive for accurate photos but slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting. If you have doubts, contact us before ordering.
How is my personal data used?
Your data (name, address, email, phone) is used only for order fulfilment, delivery, and customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We do not store any card or UPI information. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Email support@shainycreation.com with your request and we'll delete all your personal data within 7 business days.
